This privacy policy for personal information (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) determines the procedure for processing and protecting information about individuals using the Bananastreet Resource (hereinafter referred to as the Users).

4. Change and deletion of personal information. Mandatory data storage

4.2. The user can also delete the personal information provided to them within the framework of a certain account using the “Delete account” function. At the same time, deleting an account will result in the inability to use the Bananastreet Resource.

4.3. The rights provided for in paragraphs. 4.1. and 4.2. of this Policy may be limited in accordance with the requirements of the law. In particular, such restrictions may provide for the obligation of the Administration to save information that has been changed or deleted by the User for a period established by law, and to transfer such information in accordance with the legislatively established procedure to a state body.

5. Measures used to protect personal User information

5.1.
